Alchemy Pot™ — Partner Invitation
The Alchemy Pot Initiative
A National Pilot · 20 Schools · August 2026

Teaching children how to make soil — inside and out.

A founding investment funds a national proof-of-concept in schools, paired with a 30-minute documentary that establishes a replicable model.

You are the gardener of your inner and outer world.

Outer Garden
The Soil Maker™

A stoneware in-ground composter. Students drop food scraps in through the top. Worms break It down. Soil feeds the garden all year long.

Emotional Garden™
Alchemy Pot™

Students hold the gemstone pots. One question at a time, passed around the circle. Everyone listens. A weekly SEL ritual to Grow Your Emotional Garden™.

The Initiative

A national pilot in middle school classrooms across the US.

The Alchemy Pot Initiative brings both tools into schools — students grow a garden outside and practice emotional literacy inside the classroom. The same principle governs both: what you put in, breaks down, and becomes something that feeds growth.

Fiscally sponsored by the Opus 1 Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Implementation begins August 2026.

The Documentary

A 30-minute educational film following students across the US over one full school year — a teaching tool and a scalable storytelling asset.

20 Schools in the national pilot
1,500+ Students reached in year one
240 Soil Makers™ deployed
2,000 Alchemy Pot™ game sets

The Founding Investment
Full Initiative $500,000 Funds the national pilot + documentary in full
20 schools — implementation & curriculum
240 Soil Makers™ + 2,000 game sets
30-minute educational documentary
Replicable national model, year one

Alchemy Pot™ is providing all program tools at cost, so the full investment goes directly into schools and production.
